Over the past several weeks, I have received emails from new and past students inquiring on our dance expanding dance program. There are many curious questions, and several are from a few people who have never danced before. They are apprehensive about starting dance lessons with no prior experience and concerns about joining due to past trauma.

I assured them that many students begin their dance journey without any experience, and our instructors are skilled at guiding everyone through the basics, making sure all feel comfortable and supported.
